Quality, Safety and Field Accountability

Gradford Construction treats quality control, safety planning, documentation, and turnover as active project responsibilities throughout construction.

Accountability built into the work

Quality and safety are not separate from production. From pre-task planning through system turnover, Gradford Construction verifies conditions, documents its work, and corrects nonconformances as construction progresses.

Gradford Construction performs internal quality-control checks on its own installations and coordinates with the owner's or project's designated inspectors and independent testing agencies for third-party inspection and acceptance. Gradford Construction does not act as the independent inspector of its own work.
